We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your electric pallet jack arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
To start a return, email evoxmetainc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange the return shipment.
- Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by us.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (battery, charger).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
