1-Year Limited Warranty — Electric Pallet Jack F4
Evox Meta Inc. ("we", "us") warrants the Electric Pallet Jack F4 ("Product") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery ("Warranty Period").
What is covered
During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part found defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:
- Frame and chassis
- Drive motor and controller
- Control handle and electrical components
- Lithium battery and charger
- Hydraulic / pump unit
What is NOT covered
- Consumable / wear items (wheels, rollers)
- Damage from overloading beyond the rated 3,300 lbs capacity
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Damage from failure to follow the operating and charging instructions

- Provide your order number and photos or video showing the issue.
- We will diagnose and arrange repair or replacement parts.
Who pays for warranty shipping
- Small replacement parts: we ship them to you free of charge.
- If the whole unit needs to be returned to us for repair or replacement, return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the problem was caused by our mistake (wrong item shipped or damage caused by us).
General
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by state. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the Product.
